Welcome to our stunning 6-bedroom Victorian townhouse, nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Dennistoun, Glasgow. Perfect for families, groups, or professionals, this property combines historic charm with modern comfort to provide an unforgettable stay.

The space
From the impressive and grand hallway, on the ground floor is located the master bedroom and first guest bedroom. The master bedroom is expansive with a large bay window, ensuite
bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private dressing table area. The first guest double bedroom is located at the back corner of the house providing a quiet escape under large ceilings and
cornacing.


The mid- floor hosts the living areas featuring the large living room with bay window leafy views and a wood-burning stove. Next to the living room is a bedroom with bunk beds. The master bathroom is located on the middle floor also, with vast walk-in shower and roll-top bath set on a marble background.

The open-plan kitchen & dining area creates an amazing social space with views over the
garden. All kitchen appliances including, coffee machine, slow cooker, etc are available for use
by the guests.

The top floor hosts 3 of the guest double bedrooms with views over the gardens, and an
additional newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.


Guest access
Your group will have the sole use of Oakley Terrace for your stay.


The townhouse is located on a leafy street in Dennistoun, creating the feel of a quiet
neighborhood, while only being 20 minutes walk to the city centre. For use of public transport,

All major routes can be accessed from several train stations located 7-minute walk from the
house and bus stops within 5 minute's walk. Access to the M8 in both directions is a short 5-minute drive away. The house has plenty of free on-street parking at the front of the property.

Other things to note
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We owe our neighbors the respect that they
deserve. Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10pm and 7 am.


STRICTLY NO PARTYING IS PERMITTED.


We reserve the right to evict guests with immediate
effect if this is disregarded or if there are more guests in the house than on the booking.
CCTV is in operation outside, at the front and back of our properties for your safety and that of the house.


Finally we have a Travel Cot & High Chair available upon request without charge.
